Become an M-Leader
A training for individuals or teams to lead your internal drive to manage maternity/paternity effectively, split into two parts which can be taught in a day or over 2 half day sessions. By the end of Part 1 delegates will know how to:-
- Manage maternity with the employee experience in mind
- Create a positive transition to & from maternity leave for parents and the business
- Develop and retain your female talent to create a diverse & inclusive workforce
- Understand flexible working requests and how to support them
Become an M-Leader
The second part of training to lead the internal drive within your business to manage maternity/paternity differently. By the end of Part 2 delegates will know how to:-
- Become aware of maternity-related unconscious bias in themselves and others
- Effectively use ‘keeping in touch’ days
- Negotiate sustainable returns to work and support onward career progression
- Engage your men as change-agents and increase the uptake of shared parental leave
- Engage key stakeholders and the importance of this

For Mothers
(Remote) Initial Consultation
An introductory, online 90 minute session with your mother-to-be generally conducted between 12 and 20 weeks of pregnancy. The remote service allows us to connect quickly and easily and start to build our working relationship. We will discuss:-

- Any current concerns or issues
- Personal and professional objectives
- Steps to help create positive feelings about the changes ahead and release any initial feelings of overwhelm.
- The coaching options going forward
Following the session a decision will be made for the best way forward for all. Automatic alerts can advise Managers of the decision to proceed or an introductory meeting can be arranged.
Choosing a Program
Depending on where an employee is in their pregnancy and your company’s commitment, we will allocate the best package for them. Options are:-

- Executive Maternity Coaching Program:
- A program of at home, face-to-face sessions and/or online sessions on a one-to-one basis for your C-suite, Director level or longer term employees who require bespoke attention.
OR

- M-Leader Group Coaching Program:
- A program of group coaching sessions for your junior, senior women or shorter term employees
NB: Both programs include support and liaison with Managers and HR.
Executive Maternity Coaching Program

- 8 x 90 minutes, one-to-one at home or virtual sessions

- Bespoke attention ensures your top talent feels nurtured and supported
- Mothers exit and re-enter the workplace at the right time for them and the business with all parties feeling confident and empowered.
- Managers feel guided to lead and manage best practice.
M-Leader Group Coaching Program
Key components & benefits:-
- 12 month program available from 14 weeks of pregnancy
- 12 x 60 minutes group sessions plus a mix of video, audio or written content released each month followed by a live Q&A and coaching session
- Scheduled at fixed times but with recorded replays available
- Ongoing bespoke support via 3 x Remote Coaching Consultations
- High-potential and ambitious mothers see the leadership potential of their experience
- Mothers-to-be mix with other women in your business or across industry to share skills, build supportive networks and feel empowered and nurtured
- Individual Managers feel guided to lead with best practice.

- Shared Parental Leave and support for the rest of the pregnancy
- Steps to help create positive feelings about the changes ahead and release any initial feelings of overwhelm.
Choosing a Program
Our services for fathers-to are bespoke. Following the Initial Consultation a decision will be made for the best way forward for all.
- The choice as to whether to offer options based on length of service or seniority is available and a package is usually the best option
- Ad-hoc coaching sessions are available.
- All programs include support and liaison with managers and HR.
Ad-hoc Paternity Coaching
Fathers need different support to mothers.
- Ad-hoc coaching can be provided as single sessions or as packages of 3
- Helping Dads open up to a deeper level of emotional intelligence and realise the benefits of sharing parental leave with their partner can help create more equality and empathy in your business as well as more committed, loyal employees
