Many of my pregnant clients tell me they go through all sorts of body image issues during and after they give birth and it can be difficult to hold onto your powerful self when so many changes are taking place – however happy you are about the end goal.
If you’ve ever had a day when you are feeling less than powerful, less than vibrant, consider spending 2 minutes getting into your “power pose” and start to feel better about yourself, more confident and more alive. After all you’re creating a life. What’s greater than that?! There’s scientific proof that it works too but I’d just say give it a try and judge for yourself.
