Galvanising people into action
Geraldine Gallacher is the Founder and Managing Director of The Executive Coaching Consultancy Ltd. A leading provider of Executive Coaching for women to help businesses develop and retain their female talent. Knowing the lack of female representation at senior levels is an issue for business, but also recognising that the female career journey is different.
As one of the pioneers of executive coaching in the UK, Geraldine left industry to set up the Executive Coaching Consultancy in 1994. In 2005 Maternity Coaching was launched to support high-achieving women to successfully manage this important transition in the context of their professional lives.
As a highly experienced executive coach Geraldine has coached many women through the maternity transition. Her particular expertise has been working with very senior women. Geraldine possesses an unrivalled depth and breadth of experience as a coach. She is fast paced and has a particular talent for galvanizing people into action. Geraldine’s expertise is born of eighteen years working with an exceptionally wide range of businesses and industries. Geraldine’s fast paced style is highly effective and she sees her role and purpose as providing a catalyst for enhanced performance. Her highly pragmatic approach works especially well in fast moving environments.
Geraldine is highly skilled and experienced at working with corporate boards. Most recently, she has helped two very different boards (one a fashion retailer and one a property investment company) to enhance their effectiveness through a combination of individual coaching and team building.
Geraldine is frequently described by her clients as challenging, pragmatic and insightful and I am delighted she will be joining me for a conversation on the challenges and opportunities pregnancy and the maternity period can provide for both individuals and the Corporations drawn from her experience of working closely with companies including Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Herbert Smith Freehills and Allen & Overy.
I look forward to seeing you there!
