Jo Hindle: Head of HR, UK&I, DTZ (UK)

Jo Hindle speaks at Bumps and the Boardroom Live 2015

Jo Hindle is a highly experienced and commercially focused senior HR professional with 20 years experience within Professional Services and Retail. She has a degree in Human Resource Management and is CIPD qualified.

Jo is the Head of HR, UK & I, at DTZ and is based in the UK. DTZ is one of the world’s largest, integrated end-to-end providers of property services, operating across all key geographic regions. Jo is a member of the UK Executive Leadership Team and the EMEA HR Leadership team.

She has responsibility for the UK&I Human Resources function with significant specialist knowledge in performance management, managing change, project management, coaching, learning and development, people management, HR policy and recruitment.

In 2013 Jo was instrumental in evolving the Curzon Group, DTZ’s EMEA wide initiative to support diversity and inclusion across the business; she has a good knowledge of diversity and inclusion in the widest context.

Jo is part of the IBM diversity and inclusion best practise community and works closely with Women in Property. She is currently working with the RICS on the creation of their diversity and inclusion Quality Mark.

In her spare time Jo enjoys holidaying in Mallorca, reading, interior design and raising 3 lively girls
