Claire Fox: Author of book ‘Work-Life Symbiosis’ and experienced HR Director
Claire Fox has more than more than 14 years professional HR experience in global multinational organisations, 8 of which are at Director level. This experience includes regional and global roles as well as local, and more than 4 years living and working abroad. Originally though, she started her career in a dynamic, fast growth start-up and she will never forget those entrepreneurial roots.
Since the start of 2010 Claire held the position of HR Director for Unilever’s UK and Ireland Food Service business, Food Solutions, and in March 2015 will start a new role as a Global HR Director at Save the Children International.
Claire is passionate about helping individuals be their best through coaching and mentoring. She fundamentally believes in the power of personal leadership and the opportunity organisations have to bring out the best in people. She is a strong believer in both the need and benefit of embracing diversity in as holistic a way as possible.
Claire has two children aged 2 and 4, and has worked part time for the last 2 years. She has recently written a ground breaking book entitled ‘Work-Life Symbiosis’, which draws on both her personal and professional experience in a light hearted, engaging but powerful way to help people get the most out of their work and life. The book is aimed at everyone, but will resonate particularly with working parents.
