Nice in Nice
Today I am flying off to spend 5 days in the South of France with one of my VIP clients supporting her during her pregnancy and giving her the experience of my bespoke Intensives. We are putting together a plan of support for her remaining six or so weeks of pregnancy to ensure she is ready for motherhood in mind and body.
Due to various changes in her pregnancy it is now likely her original plan of having her baby in London has changed to France.

Top Food Tips for You and Your Newborn
I see so many new mum’s who are doing an amazing job of looking after their newborn but after eating so well in their pregnancy, struggle to eat such a balanced and nutritious diet with their newborn.
I use the word “diet’ with caution because I’m not advocating restrictions as such but reaching for the biscuit tin to boost your flagging energy after a night of uninterrupted sleep is not the best solution.
