STEP-BY-STEP TO USING THE ONLINE STORE
OUR ONLINE STORE IS AVAILABLE FOR YOU TO ACCESS 24 HOURS A DAY, 365 DAYS A YEAR. GIVING YOU THE FLEXIBILITY AND FREEDOM TO ACCESS YOUR APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE AND CHANGE TIMINGS. CHECK AVAILABILITY FOR YOUR AT HOME TREATMENTS AND PURCHASE GIFT CERTIFICATES, PACKAGES, PRODUCTS AND SPECIAL OFFERS. REMIND YOURSELF OF YOUR UP AND COMING TREATMENTS AND PLAN AHEAD – IT COULDN’T BE SIMPLER.
1. To access the online store click on any of the “CLIENT LOGIN” buttons available throughout the site.
2. If it’s your first visit to the store (as in you’ve not booked online), click on the “Sign Up” link in the top right hand corner. The system will ask you to input your first and last name.
3. If you have signed up for our emails, e-guide or had appointments made for you by us, the start of your Profile will already be in place. Your name and basic details will be in the system and it will ask you to confirm
“This is me”.
4. The system will then ask you to verify (see below) and complete any missing information about yourself and your pregnancy. Please note: this is for our records only and we do not pass on to any 3rd parties.
5. You will be asked to create a password and that’s it. Your profile is completed.
Each time you wish to return to the store to check or change your appointments, make new bookings or purchase Gift Certificates or products you will be asked for your login or email that you registered with, and your password.
Adding your payment details (prior to your treatment or purchasing product)
In order to make bookings or purchases the system needs a record of your credit or debit card. You can purchase a package or course of treatments which will be systematically deducted each time you have a treatment. You will be sent auto emails to advise when your package is running low or about to expire. If you wish to purchase vitamins we will place the order and have them delivered to your home, generally the next day.
The system will hold your card details securely and be encrypted. We can see whether or not your payment or billing details are stored but not the full card number or other secure details.
If we make a booking for you and do not take your credit card details at the time we will ask you to add your payment details at a later date but prior to your appointment.
To do this follow the login details above. This will take you to your Profile page.
To add Billing information click on “Edit” next to the little pencil and add your details.
When you initially register to use the store you will be asked to create a user name and password which is unique to you, however before commencing any purchases we will need to verify you registration to ensure we avoid duplicate and spam registrations. This process takes us moments – a check for this is is done daily. Once complete you will receive an automated email advising you of your registration details, however if you are having any issues or experience a longer delay, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the heading “Security Verification”.
