Move over books about babies and birth. Nothing beats curling up with a good book and this year there have been some great reads that have found their way onto my kindle or are waiting for my attention this Christmas break. Clearly the theme for this year has been feminine leadership, love and empowerment. Next year it’s badass boldness.

I work with high potential women and the corporations they are a part of, who find it hard to realize the huge advantages pregnancy and the transition to motherhood can bring to a competitive corporate culture.
The business case for more diversity in our Boardrooms, more Women on Boards and a more gender-balanced workplace with women at all levels is compelling. The recent research from McKinsey shows the proven financial benefits and the underlying factors of the dividends of diversity are clear.
