Decide to Rise
Ok, so its the 1st of a brand new month.
Spring has most definitely sprung, April showers are so last month (someone tell that to the weather please!), life is moving forward in all sorts of exciting and cool directions and then you wake up feeling a bit, well, flat.
Nothing massively has changed, a few little irritating niggles to address but overall, all is moving forward. Yippedy-doo-da-dey.
So I turned to a Poem.

New mum? Try Meditation 101
As Arianna Huffington (the woman I most want to meet right now) said in a recent interview with CNN Money “Meditation is “in” because it works. We are living through an incredible time, when modern science is validating a lot of ancient wisdom.”

Tell yourself daily “I’M ENOUGH”!
Feeling good isn’t as complicated as we think.
I’m all for daily meditation, yoga, eating well and so on but I also want simplicity and ease. I haven’t got all day to prepare for my day and sometimes need a quick, feel good fix!
