Why I’m attending Emerging Women Live. Reason #1
As a thought leader I love Arianna Huffington!
I love what she stands for. I love being inspired by her words and the smart, savvy and effective way she is bridging the previous divide around spirituality and business and getting many male CEO’s to sit up and notice that meditation matters and wellbeing works.

New mum? Try Meditation 101
As Arianna Huffington (the woman I most want to meet right now) said in a recent interview with CNN Money “Meditation is “in” because it works. We are living through an incredible time, when modern science is validating a lot of ancient wisdom.”
Fast forward a couple of days and my Twitter feed alerts me to Meditation 101 with Ashley Turner. Thanks @KateNorthrup

No Time for Meditation? Have you Time to Feel Great?
Time. That elusive thing that disappears each day.
That gets quicker as we get older.
On Monday I mentioned I was following Arianna Huffington’s 21 day meditation On Becoming Fearless.

During my yoga training our daily practice of Pranayama (breathing exercises) is something I loved.
Brahmari in Sanskrit is Bee. The humming breath or bee breath is superbly relaxing and calming.
