As lots of little ones start their first full week of school or move up a year the feelings of of achievement and ambition will subtly be introduced to them.
Every child whether they understand it yet or not, has inherent desires and dreams which with the right encouragement and support they will go on to fulfil.

A Plan for Happiness
Everywhere I look currently I see articles on daily happiness, finding the joy, releasing our fears and expressing gratitude.
This is the way I want to live my life. Every Day.
Feeling happy just some of the time is not an option. I want to feel great always. I want to feel happy to be alive.
And I want to pass this good cheer onto my clients – Individuals and the Businesses and Corporations they are a part of.

How much time per day do you spend worrying?
Ok ‘fess up – are you a worrier?
I don’t mean the odd feeling of concern or care for someone or a situation but the stomach churning, keeping you awake at night, majorly panicked by more things than not default pattern of behaviour that has become the norm for you?
If there was one negative emotion I would remove from our mind set and the world at large it would be the act of worrying.
