Leadership Redesigned ‘Cornish Tour’

A curated series of relaxed yet potently powerful, one-on-one conversations - conducted both in person and online - with founders, CEOs, and change-makers based in Cornwall.

At the heart of each conversation:

Does Cornwall inspire a more creative or connected way of leading?*

What is the energy and intentions of the leader or leadership team that are driving the business forward?

Are Cornish leaders braver, more emotionally attuned, less tethered to old paradigms or could they be thinking bigger and more collaboratively?

The Decision That Sparked It All

In Spring 2023, I followed an intuitive calling to come to Cornwall. I traded London’s hustle for sea views and spaciousness and redesigned how my work in leadership development and life could evolve.

Now I’m meeting the leaders who call Cornwall and the South West home and learning about their style of leadership, their inspiration and the impact they want to have.

After hosting 2 global events:

• Bumps in the Boardroom (2014): a global summit exploring pregnancy as a leadership advantage and the role of feminine energy in business

• Leadership Redesigned (2020): a 9-day online event that grew organically into 40+ conversations across 12 countries and 4 generations

…it feels like the right moment to connect, converse, and collaborate here in Cornwall.

And as the Chief Executive of The Eden Project, Andy Jasper recently shared at Cornwall Chamber of Commerce Planet C Breakfast, Cornwall and Eden have grown into a living, breathing model of positive change - often being the ‘first’ to launch or try things, and positioning the county as a leader in innovation.

What This Tour Is (and Isn’t)

As a leadership coach and strategist, I regularly hold space for transformation - helping leaders redesign operating models, evolve team culture, and step into more conscious ways of leading. I see gaps, opportunities and the bigger picture.

Some of these conversations may evolve into coaching or consultancy but primarily they’re about listening and learning - from those leading in Cornwall - where leadership seems to be more grounded, relational, and values-led. Whether it’s rooted in community, family or joy, I want to understand how can I support it’s growth and sustainability.

Leadership Redesigned ‘Cornish Tour’ is a chance to deepen connection, surface insight, and build the kind of meaningful relationships I’m known for whilst continuing to explore what leadership in a changing world is asking of us all.
